Program Purpose

This program is done on the honor system. This program is designed to encourage brides to book appointments and reward them for attending the expo. Feedback from vendors and brides will be used to refine and update the program each year. Discount is not to exceed  $100 per service/product.

Promotion

Participating vendors will receive:

• Rotating business logo on website

• Social media and event marketing

• Booth signage indicating participation in the Vendor Bucks program

Discount Structure

Each Vendor Buck represents a $50 or $100 discount on the final service/product cost, applicable to one service only. Vendors may choose to offer additional discounts for other services/products, but this is at your discretion.

Validation of Vendor Bucks

Each attending bride will receive a postcard detailing the Vendor Bucks program. The postcard will include signature lines for vendors to sign off on, with increments of $50 and $100, totaling $1,000.

Multiple Services/Products

For vendors offering multiple services, please refer to the following examples:

• Example 1: Planner who also offers officiating services: The discount can be applied separately, such as $100 off planning services and/or $50 off officiating services.

• Example 2: Photographer who also offers cinematography: The discount can be applied separately, such as $100 off photography and/or $100 off cinematography.

• Example 3: DJ who also offers photo-booth services: The discount can be applied separately, such as $100 off DJ services and/or $50 off photo booth services.

• Example 4: Stationery: $50 towards invitations.

Limitations Disclosure

Vendors must disclose what services/products vendor bucks are offered on.

Expiration

The expiration date for using Vendor Bucks is set by each vendor. Expiration date must be at least 60 days from the expo date. Vendors may choose to extend this period at their own discretion.

• Transportation / Honeymoon: Most couples make their transportation decision later in the wedding planning timeline.
